Our Mission

Our mission is to promote family healing, community connection, and restorative justice through accessible, trauma-informed mediation and mentorship. We exist to bridge divides, strengthen relationships, and support individuals navigating conflict or crisis with dignity and care. Through youth empowerment circles, parent coaching, and community-based workshops, we nurture emotional intelligence, accountability, and resilience. Our trauma-informed approach ensures that every participant feels seen, heard, and safe as they work toward meaningful resolution. All Is Well is committed to breaking cycles of harm by fostering understanding, teaching communication skills, and empowering families to create lasting peace and sustainable change.

Our Vision

We envision a thriving community where every child, parent, and family has the tools and support to heal, grow, and rebuild trust. Our vision is rooted in the belief that wholeness begins with connection—within ourselves, our families, and the communities we share. We see a future where restorative practices are not just interventions, but everyday ways of living that foster empathy, accountability, and understanding. By promoting safety, compassion, and belonging, we aim to create spaces where differences are respected, voices are heard, and relationships are mended. All Is Well stands for hope, healing, and the power of community restoration.

Our Story

Founder/President, Tiffany Martin, a business professional and community advocate with over a decade of experience in operations, human services, and family engagement,
All Is Well was created out of a deep passion for helping families navigate conflict and find healing.

After years of witnessing the impact of systemic challenges on youth and parents, Tiffany envisioned a place where families could come together — not to be judged, but to be heard, understood, and restored.

Today, All Is Well serves as a restorative mediation center and healing space, dedicated to families who have been touched by CPS or the juvenile justice system. The center combines structured mediation with restorative practices, cultural understanding, and practical tools for lasting peace.
